 "How to get Duotone effect?"

If you are not using the sepia pass as a special effect, meaning not all objects are to be rendered in duotone, then youre better off using Adobe Photoshop. Going back to the original render becomes less of a pain when things go wrong.. Time wise, the second pass required by any extra filter within VP is almost the same as retouching in Photoshop.

Anyways, Ishanis videopost filter ambient scene tint can do the job fairly well. Or if you are familiar with Color correct, you can adjust the color sceme within the material editor. But I guess, the latter is not what your after...
